this practice one step further. They understand that skill is only as effective as our minds.  Reaching peak
performance requires mental training.

I offer customized mental training and sports psychology services for athletes, performers, coaches,
and teams of all ages and skill levels. Through these sessions you will learn the mental skills necessary

INDIVIDUAL

One-To-One Sessions involve an individual working with a therapist on a consistent basis to improve performance, manage anxiety, and create life balance. The therapist and the client will work together to develop strategies specific to your field and establish an individualized mental performance program.

TEAM

Group/Team Consulting entail mental performance strategies to help the team reach its potential.  The team, coach/leader, and therapist will work together refine team values, assess problem areas (communication, motivation, relationship issues, pressure) and develop a mental performance plan. The therapist may work with individuals, coaches, support staff, parents, and other members of the sport organization if required in order to meet goals.

WORKSHOPS

Workshop Series involve a therapist delivering stand-alone training/educational sessions to an organization or team. The workshop are typically interactive and engaging.  Training topics include: improving team dynamics, communication/conflict resolution, body image, self-esteem, goal-setting, and other other areas of mental performance.
